Hi All,

just a quick one. I googled it youtubed it and no answer...

How to open Xperia Z3 tablet? How to change the cracked screen for example or how to get to the battery to change it?

I know there's no video tutorials of how it's done, but maybe at least a photo-tutorial or guide?

Any help would be appreciated.

No it wont. Basically sony wont instruct you on how to open the tablet. Next opening your tablet is a big risk and will obviously void your warrenty however will cost cheaper.

The tablet is ultra thin which makes all the components really squeezed in and there's a bigger risk to damage some important parts for the tablet.

Bought the tablet for a tenner. It's got a smashed screen. Got a replacement screen for another 12. There's no warranty or a big drama if I damage something inside. I already damaged the casing a bit trying opening it. Any suggestions would be much appreciated

Yeah but the casing isnt a component that can destroy your tablet, damaging the motherboard or any connector may cause the tablet to not even boot up.

Well there are no instructions on how to open the tablet but since the matt case is around the buttons and jack then you should probably start with the screen like with the z2 tablet

Open the screen, disconnect the connector remove the screen, place new adhesive connect new screen and place it.

That's probably how to fix it.
