Xperia Z5 problem with back-up

Hi,

From a week a have several problems with my phone therefore I need to give it for reparation.

I'm trying to do a back up from my phone to my PC using PC Companion and it is not working.

When I have the assistant message at stage 3 says raiming time : between 45 to 25 minutes but nnever stop.

What should I do?

This time is estimated in connection with how many files you backup. Did you also select media files? Try to take a quick backup of your contacts and some other small data.

You could try using Xperia Companion software instead to help backup the data instead.
