I'm sorry to hear about your phone.
In what way does it not work? Is there no connection to the card at all or is it something specific that isn't working?
I'm assuming you are using the Xperia XZ Dual? Do you have two SIM-cards inserted in your phone? If so, there any change if you trade places with these two SIM-cards?
If there is only one SIM card in the phone, please try inserting that card in the second SIM-slot followed by rebooting your phone.
With your SIM-card inserted you can also go to Settings > More > Mobile networks and tap Network operators. If your network operator appears in this menu, try connecting to it.
