XZ Phone Super Heats and battery drains fast

Hi,

As per instructions provided in the manual , i charged the phone for 30 mins before switching it on .  The phone got super heated and it radiated good heat energy, which clearly sensed in palms when we hold it.

Also when i was on call, my ears could sense the heat the device radiates.

Does any body faced the heating issue while charging and talking.

just thought i would reply on the disgrace to my phone overheating i sent it to fone biz at my cost which was disappointing only there have had it 2 weeks awaiting part under warranty only had the phone 4 weeks and it not going to be replaced good luck if you have a fault with your phone it should be replaced very annoyed so im going to get a brand new reapired phone again some time this year

well, now i'm on the latest build number of android nougat 7.0.. the build number 39.2.A.0.417

and i have a unusual battery drain even when phone is in Idle... my Z5 Compact's battery won't drop that much in Idle compared to XZ... also when i'm using my XZ battery % drops very quicly!

well, I have smart cleaner activated, also the same for battery care!

is it the main cause of battery drain?

Had mine about 2 months does not last a day and when using drops about 1% per minute seemed to happen after I activated lifelong and can't turn it off could be a coincidence

I have the same problem and more. 

My phone is little bit hot while is off. If I charge the battery at 100% and leave the phone turned off, after 6/10h I have phone totally discharged. And during this time I have my phone warm in the zone of CPU(on back near rear camera). It seems as a CPU works while phone is OFF. This isn't normal
