Accidently Switched network radio band! need to revert, HELP please

i installed "Network" app from play store, and accidently switched radio band to USA bands.

the problem is iam not getting any network now. and in the app there's no option of other radio bands. is there any solution to it? i mean switching back to indian bands? maybe some service codes??

i have tried restarting the phone several times but to no avail.

HELP please:smileycry:

you can't do that as that's hardware related not software, just repair your phone with SUS or PC Companion or factory reset

ok lets try this again lol

uninstall the app - but first clear it's data and cache in settings apps all and while you're there look for network location and clear it's data also

restart phone

if that doesn't sort the problem get back

thanks for ur quick reply. regarding reset, i read on an xda page (http://forum.xda-developers.com/showthread.php?t=1545218&nocache=1&z=2277467865496874) dat resetting didnt help.

and so much havoc caused by a simple tap?? is there simply no way other than a reset?

also i have already done what GeoffH said. but nothing happened.

i was thinking of using "LTE setting" to switch bands?? will it be useful?

I would still recomend to repair it with SUS and/or do a factory reset

you can see methods to backup your phone, if you reformat/factory reset your phone everything will be deleted even backups, but you can backup with google (sms, mms, call logs, contacts, don't worry about the apps)
