Back Cover wont open on Compact Z1

Hi my phone has frezzed whilst i was editing a photo and now its become nonresponsive.

So intinctively I tried to remove the battery but to do that, I need to remove the back cover.

Please advice.

Z1 is a good phone but it lacks guide on how to open the back, which is supposed to be in the manual guide for operating the phone. I am finding it difficult to open the back of the phone. Pls can someone teach me how to do that?

You cant open the back...it is a sealed unit, if you are needing to change the glass due to breakage you CAN do this but it voids your warranty, there are videos on how to do this on certain sites.......:smileysmileywink:

This is how to disassemble Z1 Compact.

But it is not recommended to do at home.
