I only have 5.0 on a wifi tablet but have you tried to swipe from the top to get to messages?

yes, i tried, but it hidden behind a black strip with control buttons

It works fine for me. Could you boot your phone into safe mode to see if same behaviour appear?

Do you have any task killers or battery savers? Smart key app?

yes, delete Smartkey app and everything is fine! thanks! but we need to tell the developers about this problem
