can't screen shot

So when I first got my Xperia zl the little button on the right side of the phone had an option to screen shot but when I push it now there's no option and I don't know how else to screen shot. Help!

Push the "power"and the "Volume DOWN" buttons at the very same time and hold them a little while.
You will know when to release them

Power & volume down (at the same time) = screenshot

power & volume down (at the same time for about 5 seconds) = restart

Minimise windows icon (bottom right next to home icon) brings up micro widget bar along the bottom of the screen scroll through select capture screen icon

IS THERE ANY OPTION.
