Couple of irrtations if you have a fix !

1/ When texting the predictive text will insert IT'S letters ahead of mine, put a full stop where I dont want one, and even a new paragraph when I don't want one. how to fix ?

2/ Bookmarks - is it possible, if not why not ? I read a lot of books and listen to a lot of audiobooks. If not is there an Android prog that will ? Allso, I can't seem to move along in the books section to where I had been - just selecting what CD. No use, that

Oh yes. Why is the volume so ridiculously low ? It was why I stopped buying Sony audio players in the first place

Open chrome, tap on the three little dots on the top right, you will see the bookmark

Not talking about the net, I'm talking about playing AUDIOBOOKS

Plus another thing - why when I'm texting and wish to put an exclamation point or question mark, I tap space but the question mark etc WILL NOT STAY OTHER SIDE OF SPACE. i HAVE TO PHYSICALLY SELECT BETWEEN END OF SENTENCE AND QUESTION MARK AND PRESS SPACE AGAIN.

I have NEVER seen this on ANY Android phone I have used.

Also: Tried to move photos from internal to sd card ait simply refuses to

....I mean - Ive never had so much bother and restrictions from ANY phone.

Everythinb g I try to do with the Z2 on my PC ends up "Not responding" or just refusing.

The photo I transfered to desktop then onto SD card. But THAT shouldn't be needed.

The "convert and copy" doesn't work for music. Yet it DOES on my Sony MP3 player

I had a Moto E before this and it was brilliant. No restrictions whatsoever.

Just a poor camera (and I note the excellent camera on here limits you to EIGHT when using the auto) and idiotic 4gb storage made me get shot of it for this, which has been nothing but disappointment and frustration since I got it before Xmas

The MP3 restrictions could be a DRM restriction, also you don't need media go nor PC Companion to transfer music, videos, pictures. Have you tried a different music player? perhaps Google Music, there are thousands upon thousands of apps on the play store to customize your phone as you please, take advantage of it. 

As for the period, if you tap twice on the space bar it will do so, BUT try this

settings > language & input > xperia keyboard > settings > word suggestion > I never want to have any words or letters replaced

Thanks for your help. I'd still like suggestions, of course - but not FORCED oin me as its doing at moment !

The phone IS great, but so many pointless, stupid easily-sorted irritations by Sony (NOT Google as people keep saying - others manage it)
