Dissatisfied with the latest operating software - want Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean) back

I am completely dissatisfied with the latest update of the operating system - espcially with mail functions and with very cheap looking Icons. I want the older operating system Android 4.3 back. Can you give me any kind of advice/support. Thanks in advance.

Hi, if you type in the SEARCH bar on how to do this there are quite a few posts from members who have done this, if you can live with it for a little while Lollipop begins rolling out to devices in the near future but just be patient :smileysmileywink:

See here for firmware and also check that site for instructions on how to use Flashtools to manually flash the firmware file

You could contact your local Xperia Care and request that, if not try flashtool as suggested above

Thanks very much for your advice. I contacted Sony Support and they advised me to wait for the upcoming Lolipop-version.
