Does the headset jack must be closed for being able to be used underwater?

For what I know,for Xperia Z3 could be used while underwater,all the ports must be closed firmly.Is it include the headset jack? Because I didn't have the closure cap during purchasing it.Or I have to buy the closure cap separately?

Z1 , Z Ultra, Z2, Z3, Z1/Z3 Compact. All phones have exposed headset jack that is waterproof without any need for cover.

However it would be good move to let the jack dry completely before using headphones. :smileysmileythumbsup:
