Hi
I've just recieved my Z3c back after sending it for repair (camera issue) and noticed that now that I am missing the 'eco-mode controller' option under settings, apps, all. It is annoying because I have a few apps that appear to be working when the phone is in sleep mode (Whatsapp, Blackberry Msger etc). Is there any way of getting the eco mode option back?
Thanks

Solved! Go to Solution.
The app is renamed in the latest firmware so it's normal that you don't see it anymore under Settings -> Apps -> All.
If i remember correctly it's called Stamina Mode now.
Can you use stamina mode?
Try performing a system repair using PC Companion as this will often fix issues - This will factory reset your phone
Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds)
Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process
If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP
How about
From your Home screen,
tap the Application screen icon > Find and tap Settings > Apps > Swipe to the All tab. > Find and tap Eco mode controller. If you can't find it, find and tap Extended Standby Mode controller instead > Tap Force stop > Clear data. > Restart the phone
Hi Alexdon
Yes, stamina mode is still there and I can switch it on, and it seems to work (simply judging by the estimated battery lifetime changing).
Is there nothing to really worry about?

Thanks for the tip uliwooly, but Extended Standby Mode is also missing. I might have to reset the phone
Give it a try.Strange.
