Facebook video not hd

Recently I uploaded a video that had hd but on my z1 its like 240p. How can i fix this?

Is it on youtube? make sure that you click on HQ

Try to clear data for facebook app in settings-apps-all.

No it is not on youtube it is directly on Facebook

You should repair with sony update service:
