Have signal but cant do\recieve call and text

for sony c6603:I have full signal in my sim using talk and text, but i cant do/recieve text or call it says I dont have signal.
What should I do??I already reset it and my sim is new..
It said no selected network unavailable

It is probably not a compatible Sim card as in the band that it works on or the phone is not native and therefore again won't work on the band required by the Sim card
