How can I upgrade my xperia z c6602 (rooted) to v4.2.2?

if your bootloader its locked and the update its available to your phone you can use either PCC or SUS to update your phone

yes you can, you can not use PCC or SUS if you have an unlocked bootloader, otherwise you should be able to use PCC or SUS
