how to disable or uninstall x alert for z ultra

Hi,

Can anyone please let me know how to disable xalert for xperia? I did activate it once and because I dint like it, I deactivated it. Still xalert pops up and asks for a pin whenever I unlock the phone or restart the phone. Is there any option to uninstall it? Also, how to disable haptic feedback? I could not find that option anywhere in my phone.

This help would be much appreciated.

If you go to settings-apps-all,look for settings apps,clear data.

Go to my apps and clear data..simple worked 4 me..
