I am unable to answer my phone?

When the phone rings, i hear it ringing, i can see who is calling, but when i swipe from left to right, or "accept" the call it just hangs up? My Z3 is about one year old, never had any problems.

"Try settings-apps-all,contacts and phone,force stop and clear data.Make sure to have a backup of your contacts. Restart." - Alexdon.............I tried this, it did not fix the problem;

"Could you guys go to Settings > Personalisation > Manage notifications > The tab "All" > Check so nothing is disabled in this list (at the top of the page). If you find something that is disabled, enable it and restart the phone to see if same behaviour appear."- Hampus................I don't have a Manage Notifications Tab, so i haven't been able to try this;

"Have you tried to boot your phone into safe mode to see if same thing occurs?" - Hampus.......I've tried this and it did not fix the problem.

I backed up and factory reset my phone, and before restoring it i tried calling my phone from another cell phone but still cannot answer the call, the phone just hangs up?

I've tried everything i can think of, tried all the "fixs" that i've found on this website, so far nothing has helped?

This problem only started after the latest lolipop update...

Please help

Ken

I had tried that as well. It wasn't until i took the sim card out and put it into my old iphone 5 and had the same issue that i surmized it had nothing to do with the Z3.

So I called my service provider, talked to text support, they rebooted my network profile, and wala, back in business. If anyone is having the same problem as me, call your provider and ask them to reboot your network profile.

Have you tried simply tapping the green circle when it rings rather than swiping?
