ISO 12800 - where is it? [solved]

Hi! I have Sony Xperia Z3 dual sim 16 GB. I was told that camera in this phone has 12800 ISO, but I'm not able to find it in manual mode. When I change to Manual and go to 8M mode the maximum ISO is 3200 :(. I've tried with different megapixel modes, but no effect.

ISO 12800 can be reached on Superior auto only.

I thought it also could be achieved on manual 8mp high iso setting?

As far as I know,it will only go up to 3200.
