my Z ruined by the 10.5.1.A.0.292 update

Loved my Xperia Z until the 10.5.1.A.0.292 update. Now I will surely switch back to Samsung.
My Z is unusable after charging: system lag, touch not responding, keyboard not responding, camera working slowly, battery drains faster then before etc. IT'S A MESS!!! Always got to reboot, but this doesn't always fix the problems.
.283 was working great. Sony, why rid you ruined it?!
PLEASE FIX THIS ASAP WITH A NEW UPDATE OR TURN BACK TO. 283!!!
If not, I promise that I'll never use SONY again in my life!

Just use Pcc to reinstall the latest update, that will smooth things out, also stay away from Antivirus, taskillers, battery apps
