Phone doesn't vibrate on SMS, while using Battery Saver.

Greetings. I'm using Xperia Z5 with all possible official updates installed, and since STAMINA mode lacks on 6.0, I use battery saver mode almost always. My problem is, when I silence the ring tone of phone in BS, it vibrates on incoming calls but not in messages or notifications. I tried it without BS, and it vibrated on both. How can I set my phone to vibrate on notifications when It's both silenced and Battery saver activated?

no, you can't. that's how battery saver works. it limits vibration to important events only , in this case calls are important than sms. vibration consumes more battery that is why it is limited by battery saver

Hi there, this is normal Sony believe that phone calls are more important than text this is why they allow vibration for calls but dont for texts, your navigation keys etc. while using Battery Saver.

Was this customizable in STAMINA mode?

@Starbay: no i dont think so, but then again with stamina mode you are still free to customize the notications.

So, does this mean that I can do nothing to solve this problem until STAMINA comes to marshmallow, and even it comes, the outcome may not be as I want. Is that right?

i am afraid so, yes. and using battery saver apps doesn't really solve this problem.
