Photo dots

When I take a photo it shows several small black spots on the screen. And at the finished picture the spots is very annoying. I have cleaned the camera outside but it did not help. What is wrong and what is wrong?

I'll go out on a limb here and say if the spots or dots are in the same place on every photo then it may be possible that something is inside the camera itself - So you may be best visiting a service centre to have it looked at or take it back to the place of purchase for further help
