PS4 Remote Play on Z2 phone

Is there any chance to get Remote Play app for my smartphone if Google Play market show that download for my country is unavailable? I live in Latvia.

I have the same problem my bro and i ask the sony that this app has been avilable for all country but nothing happend i talk directly with you sony its not fair we paid you for this cellphone like any others plz fix our problem (sorry for my bad english)

Thats sad... I hawe PS4 console, PS Vita console and they both hawe Remote play that works fine, but the feature to hawe it in phone would be awsome if it would work for everione.. So i would like to hear any respond from Sony too about this.

So, Playstation Network gived finaly answer... Mt country is not supported and they dont know will it be...
However, they suggested to thange Region on my phone, and i dont get it how to do that? Change phones language or what?

As i noticed it is imposible to change Play markets region to get an app... Only if root a device can get it... Tryed making New Google account (with other region) not working... So its imposible for me and my country living People to get an Remote play applicqtion for Z2 phone what is sad, i payed for phone 699 Eur, and there is no chance to get an app like Remote play.. A bit dissapointed in Sony once again...
