Hi folks
The ringtone I set keeps changing back to default.Anyone else have this trouble...is it a bug?

Try settings-apps-all,tap on 3 dots and reset app preferences.After this,select it again.

Hi,when I select a file to use as a ringtone it won't stick.I've reset the apps as per previous advice but this doesn't make a difference.

Do you use ultra stamina mode?

No,just the normal version.my wife's z1compact won't hold its ringtone either,could it be a bug...?

I don't think so,do you have them on the external microSD?

The ringtone on the z3 is on sd card z1 is on internal memory.
