Touch Problem

Hallo der community,
I have a little Problem. My Problem is that sometimes my touch works alone. That mean that i doesnt touch it and it open automatic something from the home Screen. Or another Example i write some words and the touch, "touched" other Letters. I have no foil on my Smartphone and I have already Set the settings back. I have only a Case. Sorry for my Bad English im from germany.

I hope someone have a solution for my Problem and write back on the topic

I am sorry to hear that too. You should stop by a sony service. About the account,it is not allowed to have 2.So the other will be banned.
