Touch Problem

Hallo der community,
I have a little Problem. My Problem is that sometimes my touch works alone. That mean that i doesnt touch it and it open automatic something from the home Screen. Or another Example i write some words and the touch, "touched" other Letters. I have no foil on my Smartphone and I have already Set the settings back. I have only a Case. Sorry for my Bad English im from germany.

I hope someone have a solution for my Problem and write back on the topic

Do you have a screen protector?

If you mean a foil, Like i read on the trabslator, than no i have no Screen protector only from Sony original one

Strange,can you check if the same occurs in safe mode?

I started the Safe Mode and the touch works better but the problem isnt away sometimes it works great in the Safe Mode and sometimes the touch touched alone

Keep the device in safe mode for some time. If it gets worse,perform a software repair:

If it help i write with the SwiftKey Keyboard

Remove swiftkey and check again.
