I'm sorry to hear that you are experiencing issues with your device, I don't know what's wrong with your device or if you are referring to the phone being with your local Xperia care for 4 weeks ?
I've got Z5 Dual for about month. There are no problems with dual card, no hangs, communication works flawless. I don't think it's cheaper at least in my country. I'm almost satsifed, but:
1. Software for camera is poor, most photos are not so good propably because of image post processing or aggresive JPEG compresion
2. Bluetooth problems.
3. Strange audio problems at low volumes (crackling sounds) - and again it's because of some software enhancements
So, very good phone with great look and with some really annoying problems which maybe will be fixed (SONY please...) - especially Bluetooth is main factor why two of my friends sold Z5, they travel a lot by car and needed good bluetooth communication with car audio systems.
