I'm feeling really frustrated and cheated after geting BRAZEN, EVASIVE , MISLEADING & UNTRUTHFUL REPLIES from NONE OTHER THAN the Sony India Experia Smartphones Customer Care---upon my consulting them only yesterday about the Continued Failure of Updating to Android 4.4.4 via PC Companion/Mac Bridge.
The Varied reasons/excuses given by Sony to me yesterday really make me wonder as to whether the Z Ultra C6802 CAN EVER UPDATE TO ANDROID 4.4.4 AT ALL.
But still, with a ray of hope in mind, I request for the third time to please reply whether anybody in India, , IN FACT, been able to update the Firmware Build to 14.4.A.0.108---at least by some stroke of Good Luck at all in the world.
The one and only message that I've been getting is that " My Phone is already updated with the latest Software."
Common sense it is, that how do all of other Experia Mid-range and High-end Smartphones like the Z Ultra in India and even abroad have already been able to Update to Android 4.4.4, except the Goddamned C6802, even UNTIL THIS MOMENT ?
Wonder what is really ailing whom, especially those concerned with the said Update of C6802 Z Ultra in India, to prevent its EFFECTIVE EXECUTION.

To add Sony India or your networks need to authorise the firmware so this may not be a Sony issue but the networks themselves
Sony email support is pathetic. They never read what customers say and reply like a robot. Their service centres are cheats!!
BTW no 4.4.4 update for my C6802 either. Sony **bleep**!!
