Z3 Compact EMail box - emails read on my computer don't change into "read" on my mobile

Hi,

first sorry for my poor english.

Hope you will understand.

I have a problem in my email box of Sonymobile. When I read a new email on my computer (MacBookPro) my emails still in position "unread" on my mobile, and it's really inconfortable, because when I read my emails on my mobile they desappear of new email box on my computer.

And every 2 or 3 days I have to see compare email by email to be sure...

How can I do?

You probably have it set up as an IMAP on one device and POP on the other and via your actual providers email settings you will have it set in such a way that when viewing IMAP it will then sync and give you the issue you have

I agree with Thommo,clear data for the email app you are using and set it up again in IMAP and not POP3.

Do I have to reinstall everything?

You will only lose the settings if you clear data. But setting it up again will not take much.

Check your providers email settings 1st to see how it's setup - You could simply untick a box on those settings to not sync

I delete my email account. And before I took printscreens of sent and receive inbox.

And I make it again with IMAP and not POP3

Everything worked directly.
