I would advise trying to download the Internet and MMS settings on your device, you can do this by following these steps:

Go to Settings > More > Internet Settings > OK

Once the Internet and MMS settings have been installed, restart your device and try the mobile data again.

Thanks for trying that 

Next thing I would advise is speaking to your network provider and asking for their APN settings. They will be able to walk you through putting these on your handset. 

Once that is done restart you phone and see if your mobile data will now load.
