Complaint Against SONY MOBILES INDIA

I buy sony tipo sT21i of Rupees 9243/- on date 10/11/2012 and getting some problem in it, like i can't make call from it and touchpad also not working so, i went to sony service center (Global Services, Jaipur Rajasthan) on date 02/03/2013. They submit my mobile on date 02/03/2013  and till now date 29/03/2013 didn't respond. Each time when i ask them about mobile they continue extending the date..

now i am very much upset from Sony’s service. so please help me to solve this problem as early as possible.From last one month I didn’t contact to anyone and due to this I am going in loss in various manner boz I didn’t hve any kind of data with me..

My life's biggest mistake when i purchase sony xperia SP. First time in my whole life i purchase the sony brand product and that's my biggest fault because this is the waste of money. Only four months ago i purchase xperia SP and this phone is repared by sony service centre on four times in four month

Hello Sony,

 
As previously complained, in action to it I had to take my Phone [ Xperia M dual ] to SONY SERVICE CENTER.

In first time they had returned my phone as it is, saying there is no defect in it. For which I have dropped a mail to SONY.
[ reference number of SONY XPERIA mail is  1-1538546648]
 
But later, when the problem increased and my ear started paining. I had to again go to SERVICE CENTER and this time they had taken an action an saying that - "we have replaced the ear speaker" ---- JOB No. W114073000226
 
But after service when I started using My phone again. I noticed some problem's again --
 
1. The ear speaker noises are coming again.
2. LED light at bottom of the phone continues to glow (very dim)
3. Phone is not charging throw the charger
 
I am very sorry to say but I have go again and again to SERVICE CENTER since my past 4 weekends for resolving this issue's.
So is it possible to solve all this issue's in one GO.  
or, else I have to go Consumer forum and log an complaint regarding all this.
 
kindly, please look into the matter as it is the first time I am suffering from buying an SONY product.

I hav given my xperia m dual to the service center situated at link road pimpri chinchwad but they have taken 12 days and still everytime i check with them they say 2 more days and some dumb reason.
i didn't expected such a huge company to give such a bad even worse service ,
i am surely going to keep this type of service in ming while buying any SONY product next time
but the issue at hand is my cell is still at service center
i don't know if i have to goto court to get my cell !!!

I lyk sony xperia for there looks.....so i purchaed xperia sp...bt that was the bigest mistake i made...ma year ago i've purchased my fone and in year nearly for 4 months it was in service center.....i've submited it 7 times in service center....and its still not working fine...totally waste of money n tme

Hi sony, 

I purchased a sony xperia C model from Idris electronics , Lal Ganga Shopping mall, Raipur on date 03/07/2014 they gave insurance of mobile than after that it started giving problem after 5 months of purchase like display being invisible ,calls are coming but unable to recieve so i went to the shop from where i purchase nd they send us to service centre on date 05/12/2014 and i received the mobile back on same date till that it was working but now again it has stopped working properly

if any response is not given within 24 hrs of our letter than we have to go to the consumer forum as we don't have any choice.

Hello sir i have purchase xperial L but from last two i m facing problem of.software when i saved some photos and video in. sd memory.card, after.some time all memory size.of photos and. Vedio.automatically save in internal memory of.phone without any command ,so my internal.memory.get full and i have remove and deleted. , pls give.solution. Is it memory.or.software problem

I also want one more.request for Walkman,i was using sony mobile.since last 6 year ,i m really satisfied with your sony.Erriction mobile by it's music.specially that mega bass is really best, now.we are missing this anroid walkman software it i. Not like this,hope u shall soon develop the same software like megha bass music
