Software Corrupted?? Screen shows "sorry, the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly with an option tab for 'Force close'."

My Xperia X10 mini got switched off automatically and since then it is showing that "sorry, the process com.android.phone has stopped unexpectedly, with an option tab for 'Force close'." And since then it is not rceiving or sending any signal. It is also not getting connected to the PC. My repeated attempts by switching it OFF-on have yielded no results. That sorry window doesnot allow me to access anything in the mobile but for some duration of milliseconds when it is force closed with the option tab.Please advise.

It sounded like some kind of software issue .... You may want to consider performing a Factory Data Reset. Goto Settings>Privacy>Factory data reset.

Be aware that this process will erase phone data completely (SD Card not affected), remember to backup.

also the main phone menu and other operations are not working...so cant do any things expect clicking those buttons like camera and volume control ..they are workingwell ..

Actually my Qmobile noir A6 has stopped coz of software problem when i was using it, it suddenly reboted n then now isnt opening......... it stops after noir logo...
