Unable to decrypt phone

Hi

I encrypted my phone couple of days ago and now I'm unable to decrypt it from security->encryption section.

Now I have to enter a pin every time I want to unlock the screen,all other parts in security section are disabled except :

face unlock, pin and password.

Please help me on this problem

You will have to reset your phone to be able to do so.

If you have enabled encryption in your phone you need to perform a master reset to remove it. You can do that from Settings -> Backup & reset -> Factory data reset.

Thank you so much guys I will try it, but if I do so, will all my data such as: downloaded games, apps and some originally installed apps erase?

Everything will be gone, so you should back up everything, don't worry about apps, you can re-download all the apps/games even the pay apps/games.

All preinstalled apps are in their place and aren't deleted

That's normal, you can not delete/uninstall preloaded apps, you could if you root your phone and then uninstall them with titanium backup.

i also did factory data reset, but it is keep on showing UNMOUNTING INTERNAL STORAGE
