So, as the title says, the WiFi Hotspot feature isnt working after the Jelly Bean update
I have rebooted the phone several times, including cold reboot, holding down power & volume up, but its still not working. I have also tried using a different network names and passwords, but still nothing. I was perfectly able to use the hotspot feature before the JB update, used it everday to connect to my tablet.
All other features work so far on my phone, tho i havent tried the walkman app.
Please fix....please

It's international version? Is Italian language inside?
It's a Europe version. I've installed it in french and I saw many languages after restart, Italian was in the list for sure.
I checked but I wasn't able to replicate this problem using JB in a Xperia T. But I know that this discussion has been up before for other models and versions of Android. Could you please verify with your network operator that you have the required subscription to tether mobile data?
I checked inserting the simcard in my old sgs+ and it works normally.
Today I went to a sonyericsson support center, they told me they sent another xperia T to fix the same issue and it takes at least 10 days for that...
Ok, here's the solution: new update .492 solves that issue.

Thanks Sony, it took a month but that issue was solved.
