I had to restart my X Compact and now it asks for my password - which I forgot 😞
I tried the Companion for a hard reset, but it asks me to unlock the device first ...
Same goes for the flash tool Emma. I'm out of options now, didn't find any other hints on google. That's why I'm here with the experts now. Do I even have a chance to get my phone back?!

Hi @verboese, sorry to hear about what has happened.
If you turn off the device and unplug it from the computer > click on "Software repair" and then check the littie box in the bottom right corner where it says "My device can't be powered on or is a Smartwatch 3" > Next > follow the on-screen instructions.

This was it. I had problems with the Mac version of the tool, but after trying on a Windows machine it worked 🙂 Yay!
