Mobile network not available on my sony xperia x compact.

Hi, well you see, I have internet connection like all the time but when I try and check my balance or i try and phone someone, it says mobile network not available. And I cannot receive any phone calls. I've tried looking for answers on Google but I have nothing. I'm also connected on wifi most of the time and when I try and call again it says enable wifi calling but in my settings there is not an option for that. Can someone please help?

So you have no cell service?

If you look at many of the recent postings like mine, or under No Sim card No Service or "Sony X Compact no sim card error" you realise that we are in the same boat and no help from sony.

Try reset network settings and goto the site of your provider and learn how to set your APN.

Maybe that helps.

Another option.

Put your SIM in another phone.

Put another SIM in your phone.

Be curious and test.
