during calls i cant hear people, but they can hear me
i have to use the loudspeaker so i can hear them
which are my options for solve this problem?
I too had the same problem. Better contact the nearest service center.

that is something i dont want to, i didnt damage the phone, just suddendly after a call using the loudspeaker this started to happen
yes, safe mode doesnt solve it
this started to happen after a call which i used loudspeaker, the software probably bugged or something happened, even if i use diagnostics there is no sound at all, if i conect a mic in the jack i can hear them
In that case, you will have to send your phone to your Local support to get it inspected.
