when some one calling me and i dont want to answer , who i can exit the calling window without reject the call ??

You can't until they hang up or you reject the call.

I dont want to answer and reject but i want to play and leave him calling so how i can do that ??

You can't do that, you can't change to another app unless you hang up or the person calling you hangs up.
