cant reach google now by voice after latest update

After i update my google now to latest virsion it doent work by sound anywhere even in it!
My mic works well when i tap the voice button it works and hear me smoothly but ( ok google ) doesnt work!

Try to boot on safe mode. And then check again.

Tnx man cause your idea but after i did what you said i uninstalled the update then download it again now its fine
