GHOST touch problem...Z2

I bought in April 30th ，Sony Z2, L50T China Mobile customized version, and then the phone could move by itself auto,that named "ghose touch".

Next day,i found many people who have this L50T ,their phone also have this problem,please pay attention to the customer experience, timely information feedback and solve. Thank you.

Happens to me when my screen is full of grime or if it's wet. I just clean it, then... voila!

For those that have the Ghost touch problem, read this!

Problem for me was that I had a cover for my phone with some (bank)cards in it.
One of them had a "rfidchip" inside (NFC) and even when NFC had been turned off, it caused this problem
In my case, it was a card for public transport without a visible chip.

So test a while without any cards and turn of NFC under Settings, Wireless and networks, More...

My touch screen on my Z2 has got a life of its own making the phone unusable.

I installed the latest update to the Sony software a couple of days ago.

The screen has a couple of areas where it appears to be touched when no one is.

If that makes sense.

i have a lock screen on the phone and I cannot get into it due to areas becoming live and not hiting the right dots in the right order. Hence locking the phone.

Any help greatly appreciated!!

Please, first run a backup of the device information. Perform a system repair using PC Companion or Bridge for MAC. The process will erase all internal memory.You might need to charge your device for about 1-2 hours before so the device has at least 80% battery. Switch off your phone and unplug from Pc (Hold volume up and power for around 10 seconds) Start PC Companion and select Support zone then Update my phone/tablet then in Blue Repair my phone/tablet and follow the on screen instructions - When prompted connect your phone still switched off holding volume down or back button - This should start the repair or reformat process. If you are using Windows 8/8.1 or a 64bit operating system then adjust the settings for PC Companion and run in compatibility mode and chose Windows 7 or XP. Keep us updated please.

got "ghost touch" for my z2 and it touch rapidly so i cannot make a call or texting or anything. very annoying.

i have remove protector . glove mode is off . used for 1 year ++ ..

this ghost touch happen after updated new software. 

still searching for ways to solve this scary ghost touch

my phone temp getting hot due to keep on touching and my batt drain fast

have send my Z2 to sony center. must change the whole screen . my warranty already expired.:smileycry:

i have done pc repair and switch off my z2 for 3 days.

day 4 the ghost touch seems not very frequent. but still happen in some times.

until now, every night i switch off my phone so i can use my z2 normally in the next day.
