How to select text, copy it and paste

Hi, i have a problem with copy and paste text that i already write. please refer the picture。。i make a long press but the black dot not showing up what is the problem. It's very hard to me to write the same text every time if i want to publish my advertisement.

The paste function is going to be based on the application you are using, it may be that the developer of this app has not provided code to allow the pasting function from within the app. 

I suggest that you try asking the development team for this app.

In my Messaging also impossible to copy the text that I write ah.😢 ask to whom?

Are you using the preinstalled messaging application? Because it's not possible to copy parts of the message, only the whole message. This can be done if you go to Messaging > Tap a conversation > Long press at the message you want to copy > Choose "Copy message text".

And if you want to copy the text that you are writing, you need to double tap at the text and you will be able to mark which text you want to copy > press the scissors and the marked part will be copied.
