wifi and bluetooth issue

So this has been annoying me for months, My wifi always drops as soon as I connect to a bluetooth device. It's not just my Z3, but my dads does the same thing and a lot of the time our phones seem to interfere with eachother in the same way. Not sure if it's a problem with the router? Or if it's a device problem. But either way, it shouldn't happen. It was fine until the latest update

Ahh ok, then the problem is the 2.4ghz frequency that your router and Bluetooth are both using.
The fix is to use a 5ghz connection so it won't get interference with the Bluetooth of the dualshock 4.
Annoying and will cost, but that is the fix.

Do you experience the same on Safe Mode?

if you don't then its a third party app acting up.

That hasn't worked... I haven't tried safe mode, the only reason it's pissing me off is because I bought a PS4 last night and i can't do the remote playe because it just cuts off my wifi every time i try use bluetooth at the same time

Just give it a shot and try again.

Way too much hassle having to back up and restore along with reinstalling apps because the back up doesn't do that for you. I'll wait for lollipop and see if that makes a difference

I understand but if its going to solve the issue, then its worth it

the problem is, it may not fix it? And then it's just a big waste of time. I noticed that after like 20minutes of leaving them both on they seemed to work fine which is strange
