Z3 Dual speaker is on when I make a call

The speaker is on when I make a call. I have to press the speaker's icon to switch it off so no one can hear the conversation.
Any idea how to make calls without having the speaker on.?

I followed your instructions and still the phone speaker go on every time I make a call.
I uninstalled updates and forced the application to stop. Still nothing.
I turned off and on the mobile twice, and still.
Please dig further and help me get it as it was.
I'm trying everything I can.

Found it.
I have a SONY SWR50 and installed the application "wear speaker". By just uninstalling the app, everything went back to normal.
Either it was a bad setting chosen or the app created a sort of conflict.
