Why is my Xperia SP so slow?

Hi.

Bought a brand new pay-as-you-go Xperia SP on EE. But a few days ago had an Alcatel One Touch Idol S with specs lower than the SP.

But i noticed that the Idol S is relatively faster than the Xperia SP in terms of initial startup, downloading/installing apps, opening/closing and flicking thru homescreens.

I wonder why is that?

Any advice please?

Remove smart key for the walkman to work.I think you have many apps,that is why your phone is slow.

actually i've just have facebook, kakaotalk, wechat, what's up that running in background...i don't have anything issue about RAM on 4.1 i had 300mb...but in this 4.3 i just have 100mb, then when i reboot my phone the wave color animation runs 12 or 14secs but in previous update it runs 7secs only...i think this update got a serious problem, what you think?

Not really,now it might have more data to boot,that is why it takes that much.The update is pretty big.Have you tried what I told about smart key app?

now i've got a problem on this screenshot, i've used screenshot 2 times...now the volume indicator turns a black bar again and then i tried to use AntutuBenchmark when it the test the 3D graphics the apps iwas blocked that's why the score its only 14643....tsk
